Our inspections are one fixed price, plus if you combine a building and timber pest inspection together, you receive $100 discount, making it very affordable. That is one fixed price, no surprises and performed to comply with Australian Standards AS 4349.1-2007 and AS 4349.3-2010.

All Timber pest inspections are carried out using the Termatrac T3i radar termite detector at no extra cost with same day inspections and comprehensive reports.
