That is one fixed price, no surprises and performed to comply with Australian Standards AS 4349.1-2007 and AS 4349.3-2010. We are a member of the HIA Housing Industry association and fully insured. All Timber pest inspections are carried out using the Termatrac T3i radar termite detector at no extra cost with same day inspections and comprehensive reports.
