Termites can destroy your home and by the time you realise they are there, its probably too late. Timber pest inspections are a vital part of any inspection and we take termites very seriously. With every timber pest inspection, we use the latest and best of laser X-ray technology with the Termatrac T3i, because you don't get second chances with termites.

Our timber pest inspections are performed to comply with Australian standards AS 4349.3-2010 Inspections of buildings Part 3 Timber pest inspections. Customer service is important to us and we don't want our clients having to worry about other surprises as well as pests, that's why we provide our clients with a full understanding of exactly what we do in the inspection, it's inclusions, exclusions and at a fixed price before we commence the inspection.

The inspections are performed and rechecked again using the Termatrac T3i, that is specificity build for detecting termites with their movement and moisture within the walls and none intrusive. You may see some technicians poking around with a screw driver, which is the worst thing you can do as it will disrupt the termites causing them to spread and making the pesticide treatment a lot more ineffective. With the Termatrac T3i, we can pin point the location, even in some cases identify the species without disrupting them and hit them while they are active in the one spot.
